About Mainscord

Mainscord is an independent community directory, not Discord or a game publisher. These terms cover use of mainscord.com, its listing tools, custom join links and bot features. Use the service only if you meet Discord’s minimum age and the minimum age required where you live. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the management tools or submit content.

Your account and authority

Use your own Discord account and keep it secure. Management access depends on current Discord server ownership or Administrator permission, not a historical claim or possession of a link. You must have permission to manage a community and submit its details. Do not impersonate another owner, misrepresent affiliation, share credentials or try to bypass access checks. Access can change when your Discord roles change.

Listings, claims and review

Directory entries may exist before an owner claims them. A claimed-server check records verification of a manager’s Discord authority and does not certify the community’s conduct, safety or publisher affiliation. Drafts remain private until reviewed. Submissions are snapshots; later edits do not change an earlier submission. Mainscord may approve, request changes, reject, hide or suspend listings to maintain accuracy, resolve reports or enforce these terms. An authorized manager can remove a listing, subject to active moderation restrictions.

Content standards

Submit accurate descriptions, correct game categories and invites for the selected server. Mark adults-only communities appropriately. Do not submit unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, hateful abuse, scams, malicious files, stolen personal information or misleading invitations. Do not use the directory to evade bans, spam users or manipulate rankings or counts. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

Your content and artwork

You retain rights you hold in your submitted content. You grant Mainscord a non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize, display and distribute submitted materials as needed to operate, review and promote the listing within the service. Only submit material you own or are authorized to use, and provide necessary credits. Game names, characters and third-party artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Contact the administrator about attribution or infringement concerns with enough detail to identify the material and your rights.

Custom join links and Discord invites

A custom address such as mainscord.com/ganyu redirects to the approved Discord invite for that listing. The profile remains at its /servers/ address. Names are subject to availability, reserved routes and review; an availability check is not a reservation or ownership right. Retired names may remain associated with their listing to avoid impersonation. The bot may create an invite with no scheduled expiry and unlimited uses when Discord permissions allow it. Discord administrators can still revoke invites, pause joins or remove the bot. We cannot guarantee that an invite will remain usable indefinitely.

Bot features and third-party communities

The bot supports invite creation, permission verification and aggregate member counts. It does not require message content for these features. Discord API outages, rate limits or permission changes can delay updates. Each community sets its own rules, moderation and membership requirements. You are responsible for deciding which communities to join and for your interactions there. Third-party websites and Discord are governed by their own terms.

Responsible use of the service

Do not disrupt the service, probe private data, circumvent rate limits, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code or use the site for unlawful activity. Reasonable public browsing and accessibility tools are welcome. We may limit abusive requests or suspend access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure or listing integrity.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the directory useful and accurate, but provide it as available. Counts, descriptions and links can become outdated. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider limits or security issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or accept liability for indirect losses caused by third-party communities or unavailable features. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Removal, complaints and appeals

Report an inaccurate or harmful listing through Report this listing on its profile. For account, moderation, copyright or other service concerns, contact the Mainscord administrator through the Ananta Cafe & Lounge support community. Include the listing address and a clear explanation. Do not include passwords or private credentials. We may ask for evidence of authority and will review relevant information before deciding what action to take.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains what information is processed and how to exercise available choices. We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date appears above. Significant changes will be explained through the site where appropriate. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy protections continue to apply.
